We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
All orders are processed & fulfilled in 1-5 business days. Please use the order tracking page for updates. Our fulfillment partners are doing their best to send the orders quickly as possible! Our estimated shipping times after fulfillment are stated on each product page.
Estimated Shipping Times
USA shipments are expected to be delivered within 5-12 days.
UK EU shipments are expected to be delivered within 7-15 days.
CA AUS - NZ shipments are expected to be delivered within 5-12 days.
CHNO Rest Of The World shipments are expected to be delivered within 7-15 days.
Please note:
1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
2. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
3. Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
4. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
6. Large orders can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
7. When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
Order Tracking:
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will also provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) as well as all the required information to track your package. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.
Importing duties, taxes, and unexpected charges will not be included in our shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another. We are not responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your country's customs office to resolve what these additional costs might be.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide. We provide a variety of shipping costs, it depends on the weight of each item, the number of items in your order, and also the location where the order is shipped to. The shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout.
Incorrect Address:
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
